1Who we are

Artangel LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, operates https://AngelArtAcademy.art. This Privacy Policy covers personal information collected through our mural-service pages, mural inquiries and bookings, consultations, projects, and related marketing. It does not describe enrollment in art classes, camps, or other non-mural services, which require separate applicable privacy information. Shared website technologies may operate across different sections of the website; limiting this policy’s subject matter does not disable that tracking.

2Information we collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we collect information you provide, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing and project addresses, booking selections, dimensions, reference images, site photographs, design preferences, correspondence, contracts, and payment status. Please do not send payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email or project forms.

Information sources include you, an authorized project contact, our payment and booking providers, and the website technologies identified below.

3How we use information

We use relevant information to respond to requests, assess project feasibility, generate estimates, process consultation bookings and payments, schedule visits, develop and complete designs, communicate project updates, maintain records, administer warranties, prevent fraud, secure our services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our mural pages and to improve website performance. We use Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and, depending on the enabled configuration and applicable choices, audience building and advertising personalization. We use GoHighLevel to manage customer relationships and marketing communications.

We send promotional communications only as permitted by applicable law and any required consent. Booking a service is not, by itself, consent to automated marketing texts. Separate marketing choices, where offered, are optional and are not a condition of purchase.

4Who receives information

We disclose information as needed to service providers supporting payments, hosting, website security, booking, email, document storage, business administration, and project delivery. Artists or contractors receive information needed for their assigned work. Professional advisers, insurers, or authorities may receive information where needed for legal compliance, safety, insurance, or claims.

Public disclosure of private-site project photographs or identifying client details requires the applicable separate permission described in our project process.

Advertising disclosures: Meta Pixel and configured analytics/advertising integrations can disclose online identifiers, browser/device information, page activity, and interaction or conversion events to their providers. The exact events and any customer identifiers sent depend on our configuration. Such disclosures may constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under applicable state law, even when no money is exchanged for the information.

5Cookies and similar technologies

Our WordPress/WooCommerce site uses technologies supporting website and checkout functions. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel add usage-measurement and advertising technologies. Depending on configuration, these tools use cookies, pixels, or similar identifiers to record activity and measure campaign results.

Our mural booking service is intended for adults, including adults commissioning artwork for children’s spaces. It is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this service. If you believe a child has submitted such information, contact angelartacademyclt@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Please avoid including identifiable children or unnecessary personal details in site photographs. Marketing use of identifiable people, particularly children, requires appropriate separate permission.

10External services and policy changes

Third-party websites and services linked from our website may operate under their own privacy policies. This does not remove our responsibilities for information we collect or disclose.
