Policy on Payments and Attendance
Depending on the specific class, tuition must be paid either in full or on a monthly basis ahead of time. Once your payment is processed, your place in the group is officially confirmed — we’ll be happy to welcome you at the upcoming session! If you can’t make it to a class you’ve already paid for, please let us know no later than 24 hours in advance. In such cases, we’ll gladly help you reschedule within the same or the next week.Should you need to cancel your enrollment entirely, we kindly ask for at least one week’s notice. You may then request a refund or choose to transfer the paid amount toward another course.
Health, Behavior & Developmental Considerations
To ensure your child’s well-being, parents or guardians must provide complete information about any medical diagnoses (such as allergies, asthma, diabetes, etc.) as well as any behavioral or developmental needs (including but not limited to ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, etc.) using our online permission form.If your child has been prescribed an EpiPen, inhaler, or glucose monitor, they are required to carry it with them at all times while at our facility—this is mandatory and non-negotiable. All responsibility for managing your child’s health conditions, including allergies, rests solely with the parent or guardian.
Refunds for Camp Withdrawals
A $69 deposit per child, for each session, is necessary to secure enrollment and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due by the first day of camp. If your plans change and you’ve already paid the full amount, you may request a credit (minus the deposit) to be used for future studio offerings—provided we receive written notice at least 7 days before the camp begins (please email us at angelartacademyclt@gmail.com).No credits will be issued for cancellations made within one week of the session or for missed attendance without notice.
However, we understand that unexpected situations arise and are happy to consider exceptions at our discretion. If you’d like to change your camp dates, please contact us via email at least a week before the session’s start. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability.
What to Wear
Art can get a little messy—just how we like it! While aprons are available, most kids prefer freedom of movement and creativity. That’s why we suggest dressing your child in clothes and shoes that can handle paint and other materials. Comfy, older outfits and washable shoes like Crocs are perfect for the studio environment. A splash of paint on a sleeve or a dab in the hair? Just part of being a true artist!
Food Allergies & Safety
At Angel Art Academy, we take sensible steps to reduce the likelihood of food-related allergic reactions during snack times, including enforcing a strict no-nut policy. Still, we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment and assume no liability for allergic incidents.Children who require medical devices such as an EpiPen, inhaler, or blood glucose monitor must bring and carry them at all times while in our care. As always, parents and guardians are fully responsible for managing and disclosing any allergy or health-related risks associated with their child.
